Return and Refund Policy

At Cheer Spark, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and hassle-free refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to manufacturing fault)

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [insert email] with your order number and reason for return

  2. Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

  3. Our team will review and confirm your request within 2 business days

  4. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

  • Approve the refund if the item meets our return conditions

  • Process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Notify you by email when your refund is complete

Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchange Policy

Need a different size or product?
We offer free exchanges for eligible items. Please mention “Exchange Request” in your return email.


5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery (subject to our return policy).
