4. Order Tracking

5. Delivery Address & Delays

• Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information are accurate at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or external courier delays (weather, strikes, etc.).

6. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to reship or refund the order (excluding shipping fees, if applicable).

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to manufacturing fault)
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Custom or personalized items
• Clearance or final sale items

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery (subject to our return policy).
